The RF 200-CF X-ray spectrometers, developed by Jürgen Hermann under K-Alpha Instruments GmbH, remain a benchmark in electroplating analytics to this day. With outstanding precision, robust construction, and decades of reliability, these instruments have earned a permanent place in many operations.

Our mission is to continue the legacy of Mr. Hermann and K-Alpha Instruments GmbH with the same level of quality. Our focus lies on maintaining the technical integrity, service culture, and deep understanding of the specific requirements of electroplating processes.

Our Services

We offer comprehensive support for existing RF 200-CF systems – from regular maintenance, adjustment, and calibration to the supply of spare parts and consumables such as cell windows or solenoid valves. Functional upgrades, such as the integration of additional bath lines, are also available upon request.

Looking Ahead

In parallel with supporting the current generation of devices, we are developing a new generation: the RF 200-Mk2. This new model combines the proven mechanics and measurement electronics of the RF 200-CF with a modern control system, an intuitive user interface, and contemporary interfaces for seamless IT integration and easy data export. The development of the new generation is being supported by Jürgen Hermann in an advisory role. Our shared goal: to maintain the same high level of quality and functionality – while incorporating the capabilities of today.
